The essential of this material is to ensure that people in their capacity as a human being is always dealing with other people, instead of individual living.  How to enrich a good relationship is a main key to success.  

The "Three Little Words" can help us to improve our Quality of LIfe..   
Some people may think that "Transaction" is always related to something that 
worth on money or currency value, such as Dollars,  Shares, Stocks etc.

In fact, that is not at all..

The quality of life has just much valuable in terms of how to build the 
relationship with other.  If we have good relationship then we'll surely
got much things in our hands to reach our success.

1.  I'LL BE THERE  

  

If you have ever had to call a friend in the middle of the night, to take a sick child to hospital, or when your car has broken down some miles from home, you will know how good it feels to hear the phrase "I'll be there." Being there for another person is the greatest gift we can give. When we are truly present for other people, important things happen to them and us. We are renewed in love and friendship. We are restored emotionally and spiritually. Being there is at the very core of civility.

2.  I MISS YOU

Perhaps more marriages could be safe and strengthened if couple 
simply and sincerely said to each other , I Miss You..

This powerful affirmation tells partner they are wanted, needed, 
desired and  loved. Consider how ecstatic you would feel, if you 
received unexpected phone call from your spouse in the middle of 
your workday, just say I Miss You.

3.  I RESPECT YOU

Respect is another way of showing love. Respect conveys the feeling 
that another person is a true equal. If you talk to your children as if they 
were adults you will strengthen the bonds and become close friends. 
This applies to all interpersonal relationships

4.  MAYBE YOU'RE RIGHT

This phrase is highly effective in diffusing an argument and restoring 
frayed emotions. The flip side to "maybe your right" is the humility of 
admitting, "Maybe I'm wrong". Let's face it. When you have a heated 
argument with someone, all you do is cement the other person's point
of view. They, or you, will not change their stance and you run the risk 
of seriously damaging the relationship between you. Saying "maybe you're 
right" can open the door to further explore the subject, in which you may 
then have the opportunity to get your view across in a more rational 
manner. 

5.  PLEASE FORGIVE ME

Many broken relationships could be restored and healed if people would 
admit their mistakes and ask for forgiveness. All of us are vulnerable to 
faults, foibles and failures. A man should never be ashamed to own up 
that he has been in the wrong, which is saying, in other words, that he
is wiser today than he was yesterday.

6.  I THANK YOU

Gratitude is an exquisite form of courtesy. People who enjoy the 
companionship of good, close friends are those who don't take daily 
courtesies for granted. 

They are quick to thank their friends for their many expressions of 
kindness.  On the other hand, people whose circle of friends is severely 
constricted often do not have the attitude of gratitude.

7. COUNT ON ME 

A friend is one who walks in when others walk out. Loyalty is an 
essential ingredient for true friendship, it is the essential glue that 
bond people. Those that are rich in their relationhsip tend to be 
steady and true friends. When trouble comes, a good friends is there 
indicating you can "count on me"

8.  LET ME HELP

The best of friends see a need and try to fill it. When they spot
a hurt  they do what they can to heal it. Without being asked, 
they pitch in and help. 

9.  I UNDERSTAND YOU

People become closer and enjoy each other more, if they feel the 
other  person accepts and understand them.  Letting your spouse know 
in so many little ways that you understand them is one of the most 
powerful tools for healing your relationship. This applies to any 
relationship.

10.  I LOVE YOU

Telling someone that you truly love them, as God was.

Matthew 7:12

to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets".

If we can apply them, our life become peace like a river..

The Power Of Character

Giving such motivational to young people is always interesting..

To have opportunity to get together with them 

would be the best time to share everything in life..
especially when we can provide them with a such 
motivational things..

There will be a knowledge they would take, and it was very happy to see each of 

them when they can take it all in good..

Below is the material that I've brought on 11 Feb 2012 at the Seventh Day Adventist Kemang Pratama Church, on Youth Program.

The Power Of Character -- Success Through Character

Character is different with Personality and Temperament.

Character : The strength to survive in a difficlut times.

Personality : The response which we show when we are in the midst of 

the crowd.

A  good character known through the correct response while dealing 

with pressure, challanges, and difficulties. 

The 4 tipe of Men's Character :

Character that have a good quality is the response that is tested multiple 

times and has resulted a victory.  

The test can be a challenge, pressure, difficulties and the things that 

we don't really want.

The 5 things that affects the Character :
1.  Basic Temperament -- dominance, steadiness, influence, compliance
2. Belief -- what we believe, paradigm
3. Education -- what we understand, knowledge
4. Motivation -- what we feel, spirit of life
5. Experience -- what we experience, old memories, the pattern of taking
    care

Character that will brings success :

1. Emphaty

2. Resilient

Character was designed instead of creating ..

Someone be able to end up his life in a good condition, he had at least 

8 (eight) mentors during his life. 

The power of character indeed had actually begun earlier by the servant 

of God named Ellen G. White. How to be a young man who had a christianity 

on their chracter.

From one of her writings  :

There is always a Hope.

And the Succes is one of our hope and dream in our life. The power of 

character is detemined by how we developed our character, there should 

be a Character Coach or Character Mentor - liven up a life of Christ, as 

we can not grow up by ourselves, need to read the Bible and all good 

writings which provided by the servant of God.

Therefore, we will be able to have a character like Him, to become and 

perfect like Him.

What God has Made for Us

Life is full of Grace .. 

Sometimes we found difficulties, sorrow, joy and happiness at the same 
time in our life, we even don't know how it walks but does actually it makes
us strong every day.. 

God has a plan in our lives, and He does not want us to do a good works.
He is already prepared the good works for us as He did it with the
purpose that walk in them -- We, however need to walk in them, realize
them, and to do them. Something else that very important, when we 
believed Jesus Christ in our heart, we were born again and become a new 
creatures.

Don't ever ignore what He has planned in our lives, He knows what
is the best for us..
We will understand better the meaning of the good works that He has
already prepared for us by being a member of the body of Christ with
a particular function that was given by Him.
If we ignore this, if we choose to close our eyes, then His mission will
never be completed. If we don't do what God's created us for, set us
in the body for, then nobody is going to do it. We are unique in the
body of Christ, as every member in our own body is unique and 
absolutely necessary. 

It is time to tell Him ,"Here I am Lord", What do You want me to do ?".  

If we're not available to God, then nothing is going to happen in our life.

John 15:5, 8 -- “I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abides in Me,
and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit ..… Herein is my Father 
glorified, that you bear much fruit; so shall you be My disciples.”

The long hands of Him which is invisibility will help, keep and protect us .. 

He also will bring our minds ..and to make us clearly understand the way that 
He's planned  for us ..that something good would happened.

Let Him take control of our lives,
Follow His way, bring every burden to Him.. 
and put our hands in Him, then ...
we will safe in living the life.

I thank God for His blessing today..
to have such things in my life ..
all is miracle...awesome ..

Every people have their own life, 
but mine.. 
I thankful that was a such good thing that He entrusted .., He created for the best one, for I would accept it
with full of joy.. 

Thank You Lord.. everything that happen to my life is ... so wonderful, 
..beautiful ..and abundant of blessing..

Here I am, use me..make me in accordance with Your Will ..

What God has Made for us  ?? ..is a perfect GIFT..
